The Richardson City Council will meet Monday, October 22 at 7:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Civic Center, located at 411 West Arapaho Road in Richardson.

Some of the items on the agenda include:

  • A continuation of a public hearing on a request by Embrey Partners, LTD., for a change in zoning for a development of a multi-family community to be located at the southeast corner of Greenville Avenue and Collins Boulevard.
  • Consider a request by Centennial Park Richardson, LTD., for approval of building elevations for a cabana at a pool at 152 Brick Row.
  • A request to remove a perimeter fence at Alta Creekside, located at the southeast corner of President George Bush Turnpike and Custer Parkway.
