DESCRIPTION:Budding Talent is an annual vocal competition open to children
  in Pre-Kindergarten through twelfth grade. The contest provides young sin
 gers the opportunity to take their skills and perform on stage in the Char
 les W. Eisemann Center for Performing Arts during Richardson’s Wildflower!
  Arts & Music Festival in front of a live audience. \n Live auditions will
  be held on Sunday\, April 24 \, at the Richardson Senior Center and conte
 stants must apply to participate. Contestants are grouped into five age ca
 tegories: \n Seedlings : Pre-K through Kindergarten \n Sprouts : Grades 1-
 3 \n Buds : Grades 4-6 \n Jr. Wildflowers! : Grades 7-9 \n Wildflowers! :

 \, YouTube\, etc.) to a 1-minute maximum length video performing a song of
  your choice Contestants will include a current photo to be used in the Fi
