North Texas Assisted Living and Memory Care Developer and Operator Takes Ownership of its Sixth Location
Dallas (September 2024) – Mustang Creek Enterprises has closed on the purchase of Mustang Creek Estates of Frisco, a 45,000 square-foot neighborhood located on six acres at 1200 West Main Street in Frisco. The community has been operated by Mustang Creek Enterprises since it opened in 2014, and was purchased by Mustang Creek Enterprises and Clermont Avenue VI, with a conventional mortgage through Community National Bank.
Mustang Creek Estates Frisco provides high-quality, residential-style assisted living and memory care at an affordable price in six comfortable homes with from 14 to 16 residents each and 80 units total. Like Mustang Creek’s other Texas neighborhoods in Allen, Keller, Burleson, Sachse, and Flower Mound, Mustang Creek Estates Frisco has redefined senior living with a friendly home-like atmosphere where every individual is treated like family.
