Prior to her career at Benchmark Search Group, Tracy cultivated a rich expertise in accounting with nearly a decade in various roles including corporate accounting, cost accounting, and external reporting for large public clients. Her transition into accounting recruitment, where she has now spent the last 12 years, was a natural progression of her passion for helping individuals and companies achieve their fullest potential.
Tracy holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Northwood University. Beyond her professional endeavors, she is a founding member of Ellis County Women in Business and serves as a mentor with Mentors Care. Tracy is also deeply involved in her church and committed to giving back to her community through various initiatives. Tracy is a devoted mother to her daughter, Mariah. In their leisure time, they enjoy traveling the world together and creating lasting memories!
