Network of Community Ministries is excited to present its second annual Food Pantry Fork-Off on September 25th! We have finally moved into our brand-new building, and we are so excited to be able to celebrate the occasion with our friends and supporters while raising money for a great cause! This fun, special evening will include a big reveal of the total funds raised for our new building’s capital campaign, as well as our vision for programs to serve our neighbors.
Network’s mission is to care, coach, and empower our neighbors in need as they seek an improved quality of life. Our service area encompasses the entirety of the 14 zip codes within Richardson ISD, including the portion of these zip codes that extend into the Plano, Garland, and Dallas ISD areas. Today, Network is a non-denominational, community-based organization serving nearly 30,000 individuals annually through over 142,000 units of service. Current programming at Network includes emergency services, a medical & dental voucher program, senior programs, and programs for financial stability and job security.
Fork-Off will take place at 7:00 PM, with a VIP reception being held earlier in the evening to celebrate our sponsors, including City of Richardson, TXU Energy, First United Methodist Church of Richardson, and many more! The event will be hosted at our new facility, located at 1500 International Parkway in Richardson. The Fork-Off itself will be a tasting event, with top chefs offering bite-size samplings of their culinary specialties. Multiple stations and activities will be set up around our spacious venue for a truly diverse food sampling experience. Come enjoy fabulous food and drinks, live and silent auctions, raffles, entertainment, and more while helping Network raise money to help our neighbors in need!
Fork-Off tickets and sponsorships are still available here! Thank you for your support, and we hope to see you there!
