Outreach Health Services, a locally based home health agency, is celebrating Home Care and Hospice Month by spotlighting employees throughout the month of November.

Baudelia Ybarra has worked for Outreach Health Services for 20 years as a caregiver. Baudelia said as the Thanksgiving holiday approaches she is reminded of everything to be thankful and grateful for, and one of those things she has on her list is her job. She is so grateful to get to come to work every day to a job that she loves. She loves helping others, to her it is second nature.

Baudelia said "My clients are always so grateful that I am willing to help them. I always tell them, there is nothing else I'd rather be doing."

Baudelia's supervisor, Beverly Sturgeon, said, "Baudelia has been a part of the Outreach family for many years and is an asset to the company. She represents OHS well in providing excellent care to all of her clients and meeting their needs."

She loves working for Outreach because of how dedicated they are to the well-being of their clients. Outreach strives to make sure each and every client and employee is well take care of, she said. In her free time Baudelia loves to read, embroider, and has many sewing projects in the works.
