Lakewood Brewing Co. is continuing the good habit of Sunday Yoga at its North Dallas Brewery, getting up for a 10 a.m. early opening and yoga in the Lakewood Loft with V12 Yoga for $15. Participants can have a free beer or HYDRO Hop Water after class, and linger longer with beermosas, mimosas and brunch. No need to BYOB, but do BYOM (bring your own mat).

Last month, Lakewood released HYDRO Hop Water, an alcohol free, gluten free, and carb free brew with more body than a seltzer and a substantive flavor that makes it great for cocktails or even mocktails. It’s perfect for keeping your zen.

WHEN: Sundays, 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
