Brent Coralli, CEO of Sting Soccer, posted his most recent blog today. Getting to Know Sting Soccer Players – From the Desk of Brent Coralli provides a snapshot of some of the Sting players' accomplishments and a forum for readers to get to know the players a little better.

If we were to take a snapshot of our N. Texas Group, say our 14 year olds up to our 18 year olds, we have over 30 teams — more than 500 girls who are committed to practice between two to three times a week (depending on their age), with a typical practice taking place after school and lasting one to three hours.
During the 2013-2014 season, these girls travelled to Orlando, Washington, D.C., San Diego, Seattle and Kansas City, to name a few, and earned such accolades like Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) Finalist, Disney Showcase Finalist and North Texas Soccer (NTX) State Cup Champions.
This success on the field does not come at the expense of off the field. The concept of "Education Through Soccer" is something that has proven to be extremely important to the young women who play for our club. Life after soccer means getting a good education and a fulfilling life. Colleges and employers seek former athletes because they possess the skills companies want — teamwork, analytical thinking, competitiveness and drive.
