Proceeds from the Ursuline Academy Holiday Bazaar will support need-based student scholarships at the college preparatory school. This year, the Academy will grant financial assistance and merit awards to 205 students, representing 24 percent of Ursuline’s 800-plus member student body. The Ursuline Academy Holiday Bazaar is part of a series of annual “Mardi Gras” events that raise scholarship funds and culminate with a February gala. Over the past 25 years, these efforts have resulted in more than $20 million dollars for the education of deserving young women.

For more information how to support scholarships, attend the Ursuline Academy Holiday Bazaar November 13 and 14 and Mardi Gras Copacabana: Samba Down to Rio on February 6, please go to: www.uamardigras.org.
