Local franchisee, Mo Afzal has been with the Dickey’s Barbecue Pit family for over ten years and will open his fifth location in the Dallas-Fort Worth on Thursday, August 14.Afzal’s newest location in Richardson near the intersection of Coit and Campbell will host a three day grand opening with the first 50 guests receiving gift cards worth up to $50.
Friday, radio station New Country 96.3 KSCS isonsite from noon to 2 p.m. when thelocation will be serving $2 pulled pork barbecue sandwiches. Also, one lucky winner will be chosen for a $500 gift card and three winners will receive free barbecue for an entire year. On Saturday, guests can load up on Dickey’s Barbecue gear like t-shirts, koozies, sunglasses and more.
