It's time to get rid of those old televisions, VCRs and computers that are gathering dust in your garage and attic.
The Richardson Citizen Police Academy Alumni Association is hosting an electronic recycling event this Saturday, October 13 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Load up your old electronic items and drop them off in the Richardson City Hall parking lot. Here is a list of electronics that will be accepted:

Along with old electronics, be sure to bring any documents that you would like shredded. All papers will be destroyed on site, so it's a safe way to get rid of any documents with personal information. There is no charge to drop off electronic items and to utilize the shredding services.
