The City of Richardson City Plan Commission will meet Tuesday, October 16 at 7 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Civic Center, located at 411 West Arapaho Road.

Some of the items on the agenda include:

  • A public hearing on a request for approval of a replat of the Greenway Addition to create two lots totaling 8.27 acres. The sites are located at 2210 Glenville Drive and 2251 North Greenville Avenue. Applicant: Eldon Haacke, Terra Form Companies, representing Verizon Business Network Services. 
  • A presentation by City of Frisco Planning Manager John Webb on "Underperforming Retail Centers."
  • A presentation by City of Richardson Community Projects Manager Monica Heid regarding an update on East Arapaho/Collins Enhancement/Redevelopment Study.
