SPIN! Pizza’s new cauliflower crust is worth ordering just for its light, crispy texture and delicious cheesy flavor. Thanks to cauliflower being high in fiber and loaded with nutrients and antioxidants, the plant-based, gluten-free cauliflower crust is a lower-carb healthier alternative. SPIN! Pizza is one of the first pizzerias in DFW to offer cauliflower crust as an option. It’s available for 7” and 12” pizzas. The price is the same as SPIN!’s gluten-free crust, a $3 upcharge for a 12” pizza or $1.50 for a 7” Mini Mia pizza. SPIN!’s award-winning original thin and bubbly crust is available in 7”, 12” and 14” inch pizzas.

The new menu addition comes on the heels of SPIN! Pizza making the biggest changes in its history, including adding a new larger 14” pizza, two new deli sandwiches, a new Double Pepperoni pizza, a fourth pizza sauce that combines SPIN!’s herbed olive oil glaze and its traditional red sauce sauces to create a new zesty red sauce, an improved wine offering, and the permanent addition of a Chicken Cobb salad.

SPIN! also simplified its menu boards to make it easier to order and replaced almost all the Italian words with easier-to-pronounce English equivalents. In addition, a new, easier to navigate web site includes images of all food items, information about vegan and gluten-free options, and more.
